- Contact details: information you choose to send when contacting us (your name, email address and message). We use Zoho Mail to deliver and handle these messages so we can respond to you. Please avoid sending sensitive measurements or health information.

- Use “Privacy choices” in the footer to accept, reject or customize optional analytics, session recording and advertising. Optional vendor scripts stay off until the relevant choice is accepted. Our current Google Tag Manager container combines purposes, so it loads only when both analytics and advertising are accepted. Choices are saved in this browser for 180 days. Withdrawing an enabled choice may reload the page to stop previously loaded scripts. We remove known first-party tracking cookies where possible; third-party cookies can also be managed through your browser settings.
Legal bases and retention

- Calculator input data is used primarily at request time and may be retained in short-term logs for debugging and abuse prevention.

- Our contact form uses a short-lived, keyed hash of your IP address to limit abuse. The limit lasts 15 minutes; expired identifiers are purged during operation. Message content is not written to application logs. Contact emails remain in our Zoho mailbox as needed to handle your request.

- We may disclose data when required by law or to protect rights, safety, and site integrity.
- Third-party websites linked from this site (including retailers and brands) have their own privacy practices.
